Our Integrated HR Services model would be more convenient and suitable for growing companies in "Small, Medium Enterprises" Sectors, as it supports them to implement and strengthen the HR process, effectively. Since variety of activities will be covered in Shared Services, this eliminates the need to hire multiple people for the same task, hence, it reduces the total cost of the company. Scope of work - Integrated HR Services

  • Dedicated shared Single Point of Contact shall be assigned to ensure service delivery and quality.
  • Support shall be extended in fixation of Employees' Salary Structure as per the statutory requirements and ensure minimum wages.
  • The process of issuance of offer letter and appointment letter for all the selected candidates shall be taken care.
  • The joining formalities of new recruits shall be taken care and shall be advised for issuance of Employee's ID card.
  • Ensure to collect the Income tax declaration form from new joinees.
  • Various nomination forms shall be collected from new joinees as per the requirement (EPF/ESI/Gratuity Act / Payment of Wages Rules).
  • Employees personal file shall be maintained with proper checklist and will be kept in client premises.
  • ESI - IP number and EPF - UAN number will be created / mapped for all the new joins as per the applicability.
  • Support in Updation of employee KYC details in EPF/ESI
  • Probation period confirmation - Employees' probation confirmation letter will be issued after taking confirmation from the Management.
  • Employee salary will be processed after taking the attendance sheet from the client
  • Leave summary
  • Emailing of Income Tax Projection to employees
  • Employee salary slip will be generated and forwarded to respective employees either through official mail id or personal mail id as per management confirmation.
  • EPF and ESI challan will be generated after taking the confirmation from the accounts team.
  • Disciplinary process shall be taken care for Absconding cases - Issuance of 1 st Notice, 2 nd Notice and Termination letter as per the suitability.
  • Coordination of collecting "No Dues Certificate" for Exiting employees from client SPOC.
  • Resigned employees Full & Final settlement will be processed, on receipt of "No Dues Certificate".
  • Issuance of Relieving letter / Experience Letter template shall be shared as per the management confirmation.
  • Support in Transfer of employee PF account / Withdrawal of PF amount if any,
  • Assisting Client in handling of PF & ESI inspections / Liaison with the PF & ESI department.
  • Assisting in preparation and submission of PF & ESI related correspondence.
